第一，finanically我没有太多的负担，一方面可以说我不值得take这个job，另一方面，也可以说 I have the flexibility to take some financial loss to gain some experiece.

第二，至于找工作，I happen to be in a very hot job sector. If things do not work out with the new job, I might not be able to find another Director level position immediately. But there will be no problem for me to quickly find another job at my current level or even slightly higher.
