I know your points, but do you really want a blackberry to follow you 24/7? My life at home was better before I had remote access to check emails. All my bosses said they had problem for remote access (they maybe lied) at home so I never tried. At beginning, I was happy to be able to connect emails from home but I found it interfere my family life a lot. I was yelling to my kids when I saw a nasty email from my boss..扯远了, There are other things that are more important than a blackberry and an office at workplace. I care about my title, responsibility, salary and relationship with my boss, colleague much more than where I sit. You can express this to your boss but don't let small things ruin the relationship.
