Office politics -- here is the deal
This is the deal when nothing is right, nothing works:)
1. The right way to deal with your supervisor, you only answer his inquiry in the following 4 ways:
a. Yes, Sir! -- This is to confirm his inquiry.
b. No, sir! -- This is is to advert his inquiry.
c. I do not know, Sir, but I will find it out! -- This is saying nothing, but just show good attitude.
d. Permission to speak (raise your hand also). -- This is trying to give a point, also showing good attitude.
1. The right way to deal with somebody not in your power communication loop, but tries to bully on you:
a. I did not know you're my boss, I thought I work for Mr. Goodman not you. -- This is a nice to way to point out the fact:).
b. One day I can only make one person pleased, today is not your day, tomorrow isn't looking so good either. -- This basically means: get out of my business, with some kind of humor.
c. God put me to this earth to accomplish certain number of tasks, right now I'm so much behind, can you leave me alone now so I can hurry up a bit -- hopefully He's going to take me to Heaven, not the place of yours. -- This basically means: you God damned, get out!
d. Could you stop yelling at me? I need to work, so my baby gets something to eat, is that ok with you? -- This basically means... you name it!:)
