so far, no. but i still have 3 years left in my H1

1. It is a small NYC company. Only 50 employees.
2. I have no idea about its reputation in GC petition. I am the only Chinese in the company.
3.My direct boss is very supportive, but she knows nothing about the GC process. The company did not have formal procedures for a lot of things before until they hired a new COO last year (the owner used to run the company himself). I only signed a very informal agreement with my supervisor when the company sponsored me H1.
