Thanks a lot for your reply. You are right that they have formed their own harmony. Since I am still some kind of new, I still need time to get involved in.

I realized the importance of communication. But sometimes, as I said, i am just a little shy to open mouth (or drop a line) to ask for something. Though I am not young, I am still learning how to get along with people. Also, that's why I come here for advice.
