please help!

After the Chinese toy recall happened, I got lots of people in our office like to make jokes about “Chinese paint”. I feel hurt by that. Also these days, US government has more anti-chinese news, People in our office like to pretend curious and come to ask me about it. I was trying to explain first, then I got offended, Now I am getting really mad!
Do you guys have similar experience? I really want to tell our boss about that, but don’t know what should be done more neutrally.
