Rule: never talk negative. e.g. don't mention firing. Moreover, that is not right that you have no accomplishment. You can talk about how detail oriented your job is, how you complete your daily job for years. If you improved some process to improve efficiency, you can talk about that. If you did your job in different way, you can discuss it.
