Yes, there is a salary history form, my understanding is that is just as a referrence for your target pay with them and archived later, never heard any one got his salary figure checked, at least I never had any HR asking me for pay check.

If anyone ever gets kicked out for lying about salary, please let it out, I probably will act on statistics data.
