appeal to adminstration

it seems the boss is quite means. It is not such simple to fire a postdoc. Usually, postdoc cannot be fired since it is a training position or at least, the boss should give at least 6 months for international postdoc to complete transferring. you can talk with the boss or threat her that you will appeal to the administration . Forget to get her recommendation letter in the later, so, you really have nothing to lose. Is there any chinese student and scholar association in the institution? is there equal employment office there? Is there career development office there? Is there postdoc association there? email them, call them, and try to get help.I donot think it is ok for you to talk with the boss directly, and I am sure the boss will laugh to die to see your begging. It is unusual to fire a postdoc in such a way and it is totally against the rule.
