银子不少,活的好,不贬值 乃俺跳槽三要素. 各位有何高见?

银子不少: Need satisfy with the salary, and need use it to pay the bill.
活的好: Nice life style, not slave drive work environment.(离家近,不加班,好职称,在家工作, 等等 都属于此)
不贬值: The skill sets in this position will not hurt the next position.(有时间自个学些想学的东西, 也可列入此项).
