Basically, I prefer the current offer for its:
1)academic environment, opportunity of publication
2)Chinese environment, many Chinese within and outside of the group.
However, they probably would not like to go through PERM process. They may support EB1b.

The new interview position is in a group of Caucasians. I'm afraid of them. I will be in a lamb in wolves. The only thing that attracts me is that they prepare PERM and a little bit higher salary. This maybe very important to foreigners.
