Get the money you can get, sign whatever they ask you to sign. Forget it and keep looking.
(All they asked you to sign are standard stuff)
Tell new companhy whay you leave the previous GREAT company? "Just a company re-org, I got a layoff, and I get the package." (not too bad).

After you start working in the new place, the old story is a history, who care.
