on-site interview in Shanghai

im head hunted. got a phone interview with the manager there. feedback is quite okay, according to the agent. they are arranging an on-site interview. can any experienced guys give some tips on what to prepare and etc? We have not talked about package. agent told this is an expat post. Im in singapore. don't know the market in Shanghai, maybe some of you guys can make some comments.
