Senior or not senior does not depend on the title. From the job deion and after interview you can know it is senior position or not, at least it is true in IT professional. If the job you will do or responsibility you will take is a senior position and salary is in a senior range with which you are satisfied, you can take the offer. The title is not important in the U.S.A job market. Many VP or Senior guy in some companies earn less money than ordinary one in some other companies.
