Shall I offer to have a probation time of 3 months as Senior Analyst and if I am not qualified they can fire me or demote me? Is that something unwise to offer?
Because I am very confident that I am qualified. Being a manager on my current position, it is like a joke to move to an analyst position instead of a senior analyst position. That is why I was shocked when HR person told me that.
