medical billing not= processor

I'm working for a medical group. Billing people here mainly deal with insurance. According to my observation, an experienced medical billing personel much be very knowledgable at various medical insurances -- their main job is to bill insurance companies. Of course they also need some basic medical coding knowledge.
In general, it's not a high-paid job, although there might be a possibility that you can make good money working in billing. It belongs to clerical catagory.
