Stat MS, entry level salary?

I've got an offer from a small company located in Chicago Northwest suburb. The salary is 60K/year, with the package of the benefits. Also they give $3000 for joining them and $5000 for relocation. Is this a good one? BTW, I will get a MS in Statistics soon, also I have a MS in a non-related area.

This is my first job interview (phones and onsite) and I got the offer pretty fast, I have not started looking for jobs seriously since I am graduating this December. So I really have no experience on all of these things, please give me some advice, I would really appreciate it. It is my first job, I really wanna have a good start!
