Make sure U know your job duty
If your job duty is test and document, then you do you have to do.
If you job duty is something else, then you do what your job duty required you do to.
-- Please ask your manager if you are not clear what is your duty;
-- Once you clear what is your duty, then you make sure you do it well;
-- First thing is do your task well. Then above that, if somebody need your help, go help if you like.
-- If somebody dump something they don't want to do to you and it is not your job duty, then you need email that people and say: I wish I can help you, but I have more tasks from manager now, and I am busy.
Do not need send nagative email to the team. Jsut send email to whoever dump stuff to you will be OK for you to let him know your idea. Again, before you send out anything, you need make sure what is your job responsibility. If you are hired to do test and document, then, don't send anything out.
Not need think about transfer job just for this reason.
