Sure you know what you guys are talking about?

Here's an excerpt from 公司边缘人's original post:

"...昨天早上，他趁我在餐厅倒水的时候，说了早安，就从后面拥抱住我。当时餐厅里没有人。我急得用水杯挡在胸前，非常委婉地解释说“I am afraid that the hot water will hurt you"， 就离开了。今天一天见面都觉得很尴尬， 故意回避了和他们一起用午餐。"

I'm a guy. If this were the reaction from a woman I put my hands on, it'd be a great encouragementto me. The message I got is that it's only the wrong place and wrong time, squeeze me another time and I'm all yours.

And here's another message by 公司边缘人: "...我总觉得他的行为是有来由的...". Sounds to me like you're looking for execuses for him. Yeah of course his behavior has a reason. HE WANTS TO GET UNDER YOUR PANTS. HELLO!!!

It could simply be that 公司边缘人 has been enjoying and fantasizing being noticed and touched by another man. Who knows. I don't think I read any part that she felt outraged and hurt by all the incidents. She only felt 尴尬 and he's 太肆无忌惮. Maybe she posts here to simply get some realief from the moral struggle.
