My 2 cents:
If I were you, I will do the following. I believe you have a case, but you need to play by the rule:
1. Be professional to him at the work place. If this happens again, tell him calmly, clearly and firmly: Please don't do this gain, I don't like it. Some time you should use moderate force to get out of it to show that you are NOT voluntary in this case. This is not an office romance case.
2. Don't talk to HR or your manager YET. Like ringdover said, HR will not necessarily protect that individual, but HR will definitely protect the company. Such as claim getting headache with no obvious cause at work, seek a psycho doc's help, write private email to a friend (copy yourself) about the situation as one of your effort to seek help. Those are circumstantial evidence, most court accepts depends on the nature of the case.
Once you have some outside evidence in hand, if he does it again, write a log to record every time where, when he did what. If you have a witness, it will be better. You can hold on to a couple more time since you are an Asian. You always can claim later that you didn't report it the first time it happened due to you culture background and education back ground. 3. You should get sick more often than usual due to the stress. Then talk to your supervisor and subsequently, HR.
4. Only give out copies, never the original evidence in case of law suit.
5. HR should start an investigation and get back to you with the results. Get yourself an attorney as well in case you get into legal proceeding. If HR did take it seriously, then like Laotu said: congratulations, you may not need to work any more.
6. You should talk to one or two people (not your manager and HR) in the company as indirect witness in case you can't find a direct witness. You actually can set up something to make a witness if you plan well.
7. Be strong for your self and your family. In this society, everything plays by rule, as long as you play by rule. They can't harm you. You should be compensated somehow since all of this is happened at work. The key is you have the "DAMAGE", emotionally, then leads to physically you are disturbed and can't perform you job well here or there.
8. Don't tell HR you have an attorney unless it is necessary. Don't tell them you will proceed to law suit until you have to. Otherwise, always play a role as a little, weak, poor Asian girl who was taken advantage by a white man. You will gain a lot of sympathy. Don't show the last card until you have to.
