During the interview with the hiring manager, he told me he doesn't like to negotiate salary. The HR told me they often reduced the salary, such as 72k(current) v.s. 82k(previous). Does that mean this company care about the salary and always expect to hire people with lower payment?

I like the work area and the company, but I don't like the hiring manager's working style.

I have a job with a Sr. title but it is a small company with 200 people. Perhaps I need to wait for the next offer.
