跟从兰州往上海搬一样 :). My feeling is that the people staying in large east or west coast people always believe their place is the best. But if you check with other people not living there, nobody believes that. It really depends on your own feeling. I guess this is different than in China, as most people will believe 上海 is better than 兰州.
