MBA won't help

Management requires practical experience. If you have what it takes to manage, you can find the opportunity either in your current organization, or can find through job search. An MBA program is not going to help. An online program would be completely a waste of time.

I suppose that you know some project managers or people in leadership roles who you feel are doing a job, right? If so, what are the things they do that make you think they are good at what they do, and start mimicing some of the behaviors.

The biggest problem with Chinese is about communication. Language is one factor but much more important is the ability to present your thoughts in a firm and convincing way without being offensive, and work out disagreement through discussions/negotiations patiently and not to give up easily. Management is about human interactions. What a project manager typically does is to aggregate information and funnle it in a way that the right information gets to the right team members, and make everyone do what he/she's supposed to do. You need to learn these skills in real life experiences. Observing and learning from the leaders who you work with is a good way to start.
