Online MBA program

I have been in IT fields for over 10 years now. While I see so many projects outsource to India, I think I should change my career. I like project manager job. I am in my middle 40s. Not sure if I should spend 30K to 70K to get my MBA? Is this investment worth it? My job travels a lot, so I only can take online MBA program. What do you think? My daughter supports me. She will help to review my essay (English grammar check.....). My hu*****and thinks it is not worth it. Money or time, both not worth it. But if I really want it, he is OK with it.

To me, if I ca retire at 65, I still need to work for another 20 years, I think it is worth it. If I can retire at 55, then, it is not worth it. But I don't think financially, I can retire at 55 unless I can win a lottery.
