In terms of negotiate, stock options, title and position are what you should try to target, don't waste your time negotiating benefit.

Title is the best start point, if they agree to give you a higher title, even you don't get the $$$ raise at the time, you get yourself in the low range of the title. once you do will, it will be easy to jump your salary up.
