觉得对不起面试你的人? why?
OK, let's say they spent 60 min to interview you.
What would they do for this 60 min if they do not interview you? They do the work.
The interview process for you is tough time, but for them this 60 min is relax, is much better time compare with their regular work. They should say thanks to you.
