Dear HR of the Great Company,
While I really appreciate the offer you extended to me, I get another offer which I can't reject.
With this FAX/Email, I would let you know that I will not work for your company on #### (date).
I will be very happy to work for your companu if the chance come in the future.
I highly appreciate the interview process.
