Should I apply?

Because of family relocation, I started working for a new company about a month ago. Then recently I noticed a job opening, which is in my field and much better. I really want to send in my CV, but my hu*****and thought the hiring company might think negatively about me as an unloyal employee. By now I haven’t changed jobs very frequently. I worked 4 years at one place before I joined my current company. How do you think? Should I apply? I would appreciate your inputs very much. Thank you.
