That being said, I saw plenty of examples where an F1 student landed an entry job in a Big 4 company which sponsors H1B visa! But bear in mind all these F1 students worked hard on their communication skills; they joined students professiona association to mingle with executives/representatives from CPA firms when they come to school and give talks; they also burned late night oils just to get an A on a difficult course. In the end their hard work paid off in a handsome way. When they speak (in almost perfect English and accent), people listen and reckon.
