There is hope, but not with easy decision

It looks your hu*****and is in semi-conductor process field. The jobs in the fields demand a lot of unusual working schedule. It costs millions of $$ if the product line is down --- therefore engineers have to fix the problems immediately, day or night.

If your hu*****and finds another similar job in another company, his situation could improve to some extent but not that much.

And it's not easy to switch to another fields after spending about 10 years in one.
