very simple, sincere and strightforward comments. I have 8+ year experience, have always tried to convince my boss to hire entry-junior level positions. I believe given good chances, people who inherently excel themselves will excel. On the cother hand, we don't always need smart, senior people, mediocre, average ones will contribute too in their own ways. Only one thing that I would require for everyone, dedication and honesty.
