Help me please urgent

I just found out today that my consulting company is making 50% off of me.
lets say the company i work at pays the consulting company $15, i only get $10 from the consulting company.

from my experience as a consultant, this is just highway robbery.
what percentage would be reasonable for the comnsulting company to make off of me?

and how much of a raise should i ask the consulting company.

btw. the consulting company is run my indians.

please help me
