You should have plenty of time till Sept to find a job. If not, transfer to be F-1 would work. You can apply for a school without asking for F-1. after admission, you keep it in case have to transfer to F-1. Consider quarter not just semester school, may get into winter's.
Depends on what kind company you're with now, may be able to maintain your status.
Anyhow, become H-4/F-2 is the easiest.
