A few things I feel

I need to improve.
1 - I am not confident enough.
2 - I have a MBA, but I turned down a better offer last month, as the job needs to communicate with other departments to generate reports.
3 - English and communication skills are not solid.
Currently, I need time to do my designation, and after work I have to cook and clean... A lot of stress..
总之，底气不足
