I found it at work..

I am new to this company. It is a venture capital firm. Today HR manager gathered the new employees to explain Group Benefit, and I found that I am the only person without year end bones, stock option among 3 of us.

There is another Chinese in this company, she also complainted to me a few weeks ago that she has not offered the stock option either.

I am very busy at this position with penut pay. I ate my lunch at 4:30pm today.

Is this a discrimination? Should I need to ask my manager?

Very sad, not sure to stay or move on. In September I will start my part-time school.
