Got two offers as senior application developer:

1. Bank of America, Charlotte (local)
- to support small business loan decisioning.
- the manager hired me back; I worked there before and apparantly did something good from their perspective.
- no need to relocate; my family has a nice house locally
- .NET / BizTalk
- base salary: $x
- bonus: 10-20%
- good benefits
- easy and familiar work
- layback working environment; lots of time to do my own thing
- the boss is a very nice guy; good friend

2. Bloomberg, Manhattan, New York
- work on Trading Gateway project
- relocation package (move house, closing cost) - NYC
- .NET / BizTalk
- base salary: $x + $23,000
- bonus: 20-40%
- good benefits
- dynamic environment, appears to be efficient
- the boss is a UK guy; appears to be demanding
