Personally I still think you are right. The collusion point is at the truck's passenger door. That indicated the truck did not check the traffic prior making the turn. I think you mentioned before that the truck did not have right turn signal on. That is another plus for you because you can well assume that the truck was going to take a left turn.

I saw dark lines (no color) on the ground. I guess those are your break lines.

I can not tell where exactly it happened.
