车祸请帮忙

昨天我在公司的停车场上倒出车准备开走时，另一边停车位的同事倒出，她的 back bumper 撞到我的 left rear bumper and caused a dent。而她的车在 rear bumper 有small dent and screeches。 当时她说 she need to leave in a hurry because she need to pick up her son。 因为我的车已五年半新，所以没有 collision insurance。 我的 insurance company 告诉我说要我自己给对方的 insurance company 打电话。如果对方的 insurance company 不管，我可以 file to small claim court。今天这位不认识的同事打来电话，问我要不要 file to insurance company，我说我已经 file 了。我认为是她的错，因为我已经完全倒出 parking spot 并转向，而她才开始从 parking spot 直着向后倒。当然她不会承认是她的错。我的 estimate 是 $2050。如果她不认错， 而她的 insurance company 袒护她，我该怎么办？不知大家有没有这方面的经验可以分享。谢谢。
