severe car accident questions. Please!!!

All,

My friend Got a ticket on Other Offense : Fail to Yield. My friend run into

an accident with Motorcycle. The driver has not serious injuries. The

passage may lose a leg. She had premium Insurance (each accident Max $300,

000). She will go to Court for the ticket. There are three results - Guilty,

No Guilty and No Contest. Since it is an accident with injuries. Does she

need a lawyer to help her on the court? What's the process? Any information

is appreciated!!!
