请教大家这种情况需要马上活检吗？先谢谢啦！

我在今年九月做了mammogram，右乳发现有钙化簇，十月份又做了ultrasound 和digital  right mammogram，建议做活检。二个检查中发现以下病症。

ULTRASOUND:

No sonographic abnormality is seen at 3 o'clock in the location of calcifications seen on same day mammogram.

12 o'clock,areolar region,0.8x0.5x0.3cmoval hypoechoic nodule,new.

9 o'clock, 1cmfrom the nipple,1cm cyst is unchanged from 2009.

9 0'clock,areolar region,0.7x0.6x0.3cm oval hypoechoic nodule,new.

Axilla is unremarkable.

DIGITAL RIGHT MAMMOGRAM:

New cluster of calcifications in the right breast around the 3:00 position noted on patient's mammogram dated september 19 ,2019 are of varying sizes and shapes.

我右乳患有纤维瘤有三十年以上，前几年做mammogram显示右乳的纤维瘤缩小，所以有三年没检查乳房。

更年期时测试雌激素水平较低。现在检查的医生建议活检，家庭医生说观察，我不知如何是好？尚未去看乳房专科医生。
