请教专家，全切后病理报告

活检只发现DCIS, 较大，刚做了全切。病理报告如下：

1.Right axillary sentinel lymph nodes*2, excision biopsy: two out of two lymph nodes negative for maligancy
2. right breast, mastectomy
A. multifocal invasive ductal carcinoma Grade 3/3, 0.8cm largest focus, negative for lymphovascular invasion
B. High Grade DCIS 2.8 cm, 3 mm from claoset margrin.

请问我是否要化疗和放疗？因为孩子很小，我很担心。谢谢！
