one cup of water isn't enough

usually it's too hard for the machine to knead with just one cup of water. I put 1.5 cups of water and two table spoons of melted butter. Stick to one recipe is right. Once right it'll always be right. My bread machine doesn't require wait for the yeast to mature. But the order of putting ingredients in is important. Never let yeast touch the water, it says.
