在美丽的 Tampa downtown 港湾进行龙舟比赛训练 （图）

我的一个皮肤病理科的同事今年sponsor了一只龙舟，参加每年一次的AsianFestival的dragonboatrace。这一次是一个fundraisingeventtobenefitfortheMoffit\'sbreastcancerprogramandFloridaAquarium.
上个星期天是第一次的训练。在TampaDowntown的MarriotWatersideHotelslipnumberone进行.
这是MarriotHotel后面的Marina。可以看到Tampa港有一艘Cruiseship正在离港。

洗衣房在我们搬进去的时候就是这个样子的，我们就是买了washeranddryer，其他没作任何改变。
所以你顶也好，拍也摆，跟我们无关，爱怎么着就怎么着，哈哈。
不过大家都showshow的话，就可以互相参考参考，提提意见，就会提高，是吗？

继续参观白菜价 Florida 海景 Condo （多图）

昨天又和老婆去看了好几个海景Condounits。都是位于一个很漂亮的Clearwater（离Tampa很近）waterfrontcondocommunity。
现在由于我老婆有了FLrealtorlicense，看房子方便多了。她买了一个ElectronicKey。我们就自己去看，不用listingagent。
Condo内部都是ungraded的。
举个例子来说，1/1unit(890SF)现在要价是$69,000(foreclosure).就是associationfee高了一点，要$340/month.

意外的发现： 我们家也有果树 （图）

非常喜欢枇杷，3周前看到心晴贴的《枇杷熟了》

再几天后又在UnivofSouthFlorida的BotanicGarden看到一株很大的枇杷。回来后老婆说我们家也有一株。
今天再去看时，枇杷已经开始熟了，女儿迫不及待的吃了几个，赫赫。
这株枇杷离house的wall太近了点：
