If that person were Mr. Bi's friend then it is big shame. If that person dislikes Mr. Bi and is angry with Mr. Bi's humiliation on his role model Chairman Mao (Maybe Mao was just that person's religious soul, you never know), there is nothing wrong to stand up and punish Mr. Bi.
