HELP: looking for a prof mountain climbing team in Nepal

Anyone who loves adventure would agree that mountaineering is one of the best activities for it.
I'm planning to take my chances in Nepal, but first I need to have all the information I can get. If anyone has had a previous experience, please share with us your knowledge from the trip!
