你到底要去意大利北部的什么地方？ 如果是湖区，离意大利北部近东海岸的洪水泛滥区比较远。

Floods are East of Bologna, quite near the coast.  I have a feeling you are not visiting that part of Northern Italy as it is not an area attracts foreign tourists.
