非常感谢两位老师！能不能拿到obamacare的TPC感觉说的比较模糊，我问过一个agent他说不行，也听到过像newacct老师说的可以。我再去看看州里有没有能帮助medicare的补助。还想追加点问题：
1. 关于买medicare的那个7-month IEP（3 months before the months they turn 65, includes their birthday month, and ends 3 months after）。因为父母早已经过了65岁，是可以把绿卡满五年作为这个birthday month去计算吗？如果今年6月满5年，今年3月-9月这7个月申请能避免penalty吗？
2. 网上有个“Medicare 6-month lookback: if you enroll in Medicare Part A after age 65, your coverage is made retroactive for up to six months from the date you apply. This rule is primarily a concern for individuals who contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) after age 65, as you are ineligible to contribute to an HSA once enrolled in Medicare“。这个对我父母也适用吗？如果今年5月申请medicare，这个coverage就会追溯到2025年12月，所以我们2025年的HSA最多只能放1-11个月的额度（9550*11/12）吗？
