1。今天刚刚收到邮件说通过，我可以联系USCIS不要transfer 到NVC吗？
--Probably no, but you can try it.
如果可以，过一年后想再transfer是不是就不行了，只能在境内申请？
-If USCIS accept your request not to transferring your case to NVC and your parents want to apply for the immigrant visa later, then you need to file I-824 to ask USCIS to transfer your approved I-130 to NVC later. Or your parents come to US to file I-485 (the problem is that they may not be allowed to enter US using B2 visa due to immigrant intent in this case).
2。如果我在第一年结束前和NVC联系要求保留I-130可以吗？
-Within one year after NVC contact you, you may pay the fee, or submit some required documents, or use the Public Inquiry Form to update information like addresses to resets the one-year clock.
NVC will send you a notice before they termiante your I-130. If you receive such a notice, you can request NVC to keep your case active/open by giving the reasons.
3。 您说第一年内必须递交 DS-260，那是不是只要交了DS-260就可以保住I-130了，如果其他例如 Affidavit of Support, and required civil documents 过了一年后交，是不是没有关系，还是说所有相关材料都要在一年内交齐？

4。如果第一年被terminated, 第二年reinstate肯定没有问题吗？需要给出特殊理由吗？
-If your case is terminated by NVC, you can request reinstatement within one year by explaining you did not take the action due to circumstances beyond your control.
5. 如果转回到USCIS，以后任何时候想在境内申请都可以用这个I-130，没有时间限制，对吗？
-Correct unless USCIS revoke your I-130 due to some kind of reasons such as fraud.
