8老师 急问绿卡过期和回美证问题

今天填写回美证表格 才发现父母的绿卡今年六月份已经过期。

请问： 1） 我们现在就填写绿卡更新申请

2） 回美证现在能否寄出去？还是必须等绿卡更新完成？
