我不太明白这句话“ He can file for Adjustment of Status at later date after Z as long as the visa bulletin remains current for filing and her green card has not been approve." 

特别是这句话中的 "the visa bulletin remains current for filing". 比如，十月的绿卡排期（Filing date/表 B）到 2021年12月1号。  " the visa bulletin remains current for filing"是指十二月一号之前吗？
